The product has a high dose of Caffeine and L-Carnitine, so that it can be used even as a preworkout formula, but thanks to its thermogenic effect it can be used in the every days as well.
The product also has Chrome, HCA, Green Tea Extract, Siberian Ginseng, Glucomannan, and Guarana Extract.

Chromium, Calcium pyruvate, Glucomannan and Herbal extracts containing food supplement capsule.
Ingredients: calcium pyruvate (standardized to 15% calcium content), capsule shell (gelatin), L-tyrosine, hydrolyzed beef collagen, L-carnitine, maltodextrin, caffeine anhydrous, siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root and rhyzomes extract (standardized to 0,8% eleutherosides), green coffee (Coffea robusta L.) bean extract (standardized to 50% chlorogenic acid and 2% caffeine), glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac) root powder, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract (standardized to 40% polyphenols, 20% catechins and 8,5% EGCG and 8% caffeine), Garcinia cambogia fruit extract (standardized to 60% hydroxycitric acid), kola nut (Cola acuminata) extract (standardized to 5,28% caffeine), guarana (Paullinia cupana) seed powder (3% caffeine content), cayenne pepper (Capsici fastigiati) fruit powder, black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract (standardized to 95% piperine), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), chromium picolinate.
Instructions for use: On non-workout days take one portion (2 capsules) after breakfast, and another portion in the early afternoon. On training days take one of the two portions 15 minutes before starting the activity.
Warnings: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children!
Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women! (77,65 mg/portion, 155,3 mg/daily portion). Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years. The daily consumption of epigallocatechin-3-gallate can not reach or exceed 800 mg. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
Storage conditions: Store bottle tightly closed between 5-30°C (41-86°F). Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. Do not store the product for more than 6 months after opening.
