Q10:

Ingredients: bulking agent (sunflower oil), capsule (gelatin), coenzyme Q10, humectant (glycerol), purified water, anti-caking agent (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), color (red iron oxide), antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol).

Folicacid:

Ingredients: maltodextrin, bulking agent (cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), humectant (sorbitol), pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

Iron:

Ingredients: maltodextrin, bulking agent (cellulose), ferrous fumarate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), humectant (sorbitol).

MSM+C Hyaluron Collagen:

Instructions for use:

Daily portion:

- Take one Iron tablet between two meals during the day (1 x 1)

- Take one MSM+C hyaluron collagen capsule with your first and with your last meal of the day (2 x 1)

- Take one Hair skin nail softgel capsule with your last meal of the day (1 x 1)

- Take one Coenzyme Q10 softgel capsule with your last meal of the day (1 x 1)
